These Terms cover your use of this website and every order placed with Lumara Atelier, a sole proprietorship trading online from Hyderabad, Telangana. We have no physical shop. Ordering means you accept them.
1. The seller
Lumara Atelier sells Art Paints to customers in India only. Correspondence address 3-4-877, D/2, Barkatpura Rd, near petrol bunk, Ratna Nagar, Kachiguda, Hyderabad, Telangana 500027, India; the single support channel is support@lumaraatelier.shop.
2. Using the site
Browse, order and share for personal or ordinary business use. Do not scrape the catalogue, resell our photography, order under a false identity, or interfere with other customers. You are responsible for activity under any account you create.
The details you give at checkout must be true and current — most failed deliveries are mistyped addresses.
3. Prices and tax
Indian Rupees, applicable taxes included. As a small individual seller we are below the GST registration threshold, so no separate GST is charged or collected and no GSTIN appears on your invoice. Free delivery at ₹999 and above; a flat ₹49 below, always shown before you pay.
4. Payment
UPI prepaid or Cash on Delivery, and nothing else. We do not accept credit cards, debit cards, net banking, PayPal or any third-party wallet, and we neither collect nor store card details.
5. Orders we may decline
Your order is an offer; the contract forms when we confirm dispatch. Before that we may decline for short stock, a pricing error, unverifiable payment, an unserviceable PIN code or an address outside India. Anything paid is refunded in full within 5 to 7 business days.
6. Using the products safely
Mediums, thinners and varnishes are art materials for use by an adult in a ventilated space. Follow the label, keep them away from children and food surfaces, and do not decant them into unlabelled containers. We are not liable for loss arising from use contrary to the label.
7. Delivery, cancellation, returns
Set out on the Shipping, Cancellation and Refund & Returns pages, which form part of these Terms. Returns run 10 days from delivery; refunds process within 6 business days.
8. Descriptions and colour
We state volume, sheen and pigment information as accurately as we can. Screens misrepresent colour, and a swatch photographed under studio light will never match your monitor exactly. Where a listing is wrong we correct it and you may cancel the affected order for a full refund.
9. Intellectual property
Text, layout, photography and logo belong to Lumara Atelier and are protected under the Copyright Act, 1957. A listing that states a volume, viscosity or industry-standard format is describing the product, not claiming association with any other company.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law the site and goods are provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Lumara Atelier is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss — including lost profit, lost data or business interruption — whether based on warranty, contract, tort or any other legal theory. Your statutory rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 are unaffected.
11. Data
The Privacy Policy explains what we hold and why, under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP 2023) and the Information Technology Act, 2000 (IT Act 2000).
12. Changes
The version published when you ordered is the version that applies. Changes appear here rather than by email.
13. Law and jurisdiction
Indian law governs these Terms, including the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, the Information Technology Act, 2000 (IT Act 2000) and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. Disputes fall to the competent courts at Hyderabad, Telangana. No foreign law applies.
