Lumara Atelier takes exactly two forms of payment and stores none of your financial details. This page covers both, plus how a refund travels back.
What we take
UPI prepaid, and Cash on Delivery. Both show at checkout wherever your PIN code is serviceable, neither carries a fee, and prices are in Indian Rupees with applicable taxes included.
UPI
Pick UPI and approve the request in Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm or BHIM. It clears in seconds and the order moves to packing. Your PIN and bank credentials stay in your own app.
Cash on Delivery
Pay the courier at the door. Exact change helps, particularly on multi-bottle orders. COD is free on serviceable PIN codes; a few remote ones are prepaid-only.
What we refuse
We do not accept credit cards, debit cards, net banking, PayPal or any wallet other than UPI — none of them exist at checkout, and we never store card numbers, CVV codes or bank credentials. Anyone asking you to pay another way is not us.
Tax
Lumara Atelier trades below the GST registration threshold as a small individual seller, so no separate GST is charged or collected and no GSTIN appears on your invoice.
Delivery charge
Free over ₹999; a flat ₹49 under it, shown before you confirm.
Refund routes
Back to the original UPI account, or by bank transfer for COD orders. Cancellations take 5 to 7 business days; post-return refunds take 6 business days. Both follow Reserve Bank of India guidance for online refunds.
