Liquid mediums are the awkward thing to post: heavy, sealed, and ruined by a leak. Every Lumara Atelier order leaves Hyderabad, Telangana with the caps taped, each bottle bagged on its own and the carton filled so nothing shifts. Here is what dispatch, transit and delivery actually cost you.
Charges
- Free over ₹999.
- Flat ₹49 under it — one fee per order, whatever the bottle count.
- No packaging or fuel surcharge, ever.
Dispatch window
Confirmed before 3:00 PM IST on a working day and your order is packed the same day; we hand over to the courier within 1 business day, Monday to Saturday. Glass jars and 16oz pouring bottles get an extra wrap, which is the only thing that ever slows a parcel down here.
How long it takes
Transit runs 2–7 business days — 2–4 business days to metro addresses, 4–7 business days elsewhere. With handling that puts most orders at your door in 3–8 business days. We ship with Delhivery / XpressBees. Hill and island PIN codes take a day or two longer.
Heat and the monsoon
Acrylic mediums do not enjoy a van roof in May. We ship them in opaque outers and avoid holding stock over a long weekend, but if a bottle arrives thickened or separated, tell us — that is covered under returns, not written off as weather.
Where we deliver
India only. International addresses are cancelled and refunded in full. If your PIN code sits outside the courier network, checkout says so before you pay.
Paying
UPI in advance, or Cash on Delivery paid to the courier. COD is free on serviceable PIN codes; a handful of remote ones are prepaid-only and checkout will tell you.
Tracking
A link goes out by email and SMS the moment the parcel ships. Nothing moving for 48 hours? Tell us and we chase the courier.
