What do you stock?
Acrylic mediums — pouring, floating, matte and gloss — airbrush thinners and flow improvers, heat-set fabric medium, watercolour pan sets and multi-colour acrylic sets. Paints and the things that change how paints behave. Online only; there is no counter to walk into.
What does a pouring medium actually do?
It thins acrylic without killing the binder, so colour flows and cells form instead of the paint going chalky. Floating medium does the opposite job — it keeps the paint open longer so you can blend a soft edge. Matte and gloss mediums change sheen and, mixed in, extend volume without weakening adhesion.
How much medium to paint?
For pouring, start around one part paint to two parts medium and adjust to how it ribbons off the stick. For blending, add floating medium a little at a time — past roughly a third by volume you lose opacity. Test on scrap from the same batch before committing to a canvas.
How should I store it?
Cap tight, upright, out of direct sun, and above freezing. Acrylic mediums are water-based: heat thickens them, cold can break the emulsion permanently. A separated bottle that stirs smooth again is fine; one that stays grainy is not, and if that happened in transit it is covered.
Delivery cost and time?
Free over ₹999, flat ₹49 below. Order before 3:00 PM IST on a working day and packing starts the same day; we hand to Delhivery / XpressBees within 1 business day, transit is 2–7 business days, so most orders land in 3–8 business days.
How can I pay?
UPI or Cash on Delivery, nothing else. We do not accept credit cards, debit cards, net banking, PayPal or third-party wallets, so no such option appears at checkout.
Can I return an unopened bottle?
Yes, within 10 days of delivery with the seal unbroken and the invoice. Opened or part-used mediums cannot come back. Approved refunds go through in 6 business days.
It arrived leaking or lumpy — now what?
Record a video as you open the parcel and send it within 48 hours. That covers leaks, damage, wrong colour and missing items: free replacement or full refund with no return postage from you. This is a damaged-or-defective-on-arrival guarantee from us as the seller — it is not a six-month warranty, and we make no manufacturer warranty claim on your behalf.
Do you supply studios and colleges?
Tell us the quantity and the term dates and we will say honestly whether we can hold and ship it. We would rather decline than take an order we cannot fill on time.

Lumara Atelier ships from Hyderabad, Telangana. Support is by email, Monday – Saturday, 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM IST. Sunday, 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM IST. Anything arriving outside those hours is answered the next working day.
